We offer two separate Adult Volleyball programs on Tuesday and Friday (intermediate/advanced) evenings.  Both sessions offer instruction, tips and techniques as well as a fairly competitive game-time.

(Please note, our teams are made from class participants – we do not play against other gyms).

The sessions offer a rigorous workout and allow grown-ups to play again!

Players with little to no experience should view a session and speak with instructors before registering.
