Hatha & Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes are offered in our lovely studio.
Develop strength, flexibility and presence of mind in our Hatha or Vinyasa Yoga classes. All classes begin with a gentle warm up, guide you through poses to stretch you from head to toe and finish with a relaxing savasana meditation. Hatha yoga focuses strongly on Iyengar style alignment to open the body safely and effectively, while faster paced Vinyasa Flow builds strength and stamina. All are welcome, beginners are encouraged to join Hatha classes first.
The class fee for 1 class/week:
– full-year session: $470
– half-year session: Fall $235/Spring $265
Five classes card*: $75
*(the card is valid for 90 days from the purchase date and can be used only in the class for which it was bought).
All classes are 18 and older.
Full-year session dates: September 12, 2016 – June 30, 2017
Half-year session dates:
Fall Sept. 12, 2016 – Jan 31, 2017
Spring Feb. 1, 2017 – June 30, 2017
