Flexibility & Fitness (7-12 yrs)
Increase flexibility and strength through stretching and conditioning exercise. Take this class alone or as a complement to rhythmic or gymnastic classes.
The class fee is $200 for the fall term September 21, 2011 to January 18, 2012.
