Gymnastics
Sokol Gymnastics is a fitness program that includes warm-up, apparatus, hand apparatus, tumbling, pyramid building, marching, group calisthenics with music, simple combatives, dance and games.
Uniform Information
Children in our program are expected to wear a Sokol Uniform during their class. Uniforms vary in price depending on the age and activity of your child. Please see our Registration & Policy Information sheet or ask your Class Leader for details.
