Registration 2011-2012

Classes start the week of September 19, 2011 and continue to May 25, 2012 (Only Tot and Pre-tot classes will continue to June 8, 2012). Please note:  Sokol New York does not offer summer programming. Registration is via mail, beginning July 25, 2011.

• Check class schedules on the website to confirm class availability.  Children must meet the stated age criteria for the class by September 30, 2011.
• Priority registration will be given until August 1, 2011 to students who were enrolled in a 2010-11 class.
• Read Sokol’s Registration & Policy Information.
• There are no refunds after the 3rd class.
• Print registration forms – see bottom of this page (set of 2 pages is required per person). There are different forms for adults and children.
• Indicate 1st & 2nd choices (where available) for class times. More than one class per person may be listed on the same registration form. Complete and sign each form; clearly print e-mail address.
• You will be notified if you do not get your first class choice.
• Make check payable to Sokol New York.
• Mail registration forms and check to Sokol New York, 420 East 71st Street, New York, NY 10021

Mail or drop off your class registration forms with payment by check or money order.
