Sokol New York 2009-10 Registration Procedures

Classes start the week of September 21, 2009 & continue to June 11, 2010. (Adult classes continue to June 25, 2010)

Mail or drop off your class registration forms with payment by check or money order or cash.

• Check class schedules on the website to confirm class availability.
• Read Sokol’s Registration & Policy Information.
• For those who register in September or later, there are NO REFUNDS after the 3rd class.
• Print registration forms (set of 3 pages is required per person). There are different forms for adults and children.
• Indicate 1st & 2nd choices (where available) for class times. More than one class per person may be listed on the same registration form. Complete and sign each form; clearly print e-mail address.
• Make check payable to Sokol New York.
