Sokol New York, a unit of the American Sokol Organization, was founded in 1867. The heart of our organization is our historic building, located on the Upper East Side, where we offer Gymnastics for Kids, Gymnastics for Adults, Tae Kwon Do for Kids, Tae Kwon Do for Adults, Ballet, Basketball, Volleyball, Folk Dance, and Yoga for various age groups.
